How I got over coronavirus-like symptoms using only natural health methods and herbs

I’m pretty certain I just got over COVID-19.

How can I be sure?

I was finishing a Zoom meeting when I started aching all over.

Suddenly I was so exhausted I could barely get up from my desk.

I started aching all over - bones, muscles, everything. Within hours, I had a deep scratch in my throat, a re-occurring headache, and my body throbbed from crazy hot to chilling cold. My thermometer was reading a cool 102o.

I didn't panic.

I didn’t feel like I couldn’t breathe, so I stayed home instead of going to the doctor.

Over the next 8 days, I was lethargic, weak and had trouble holding a thought.

I crawled into a viral-fighting regimen with herbs, supplements, and household items I had on hand.

And?

It worked.

Here’s the play by play for how I used natural health methods and herbs to get through what I believe to be the novel coronavirus.

Like I said, I used what I had on hand, and that included a lot of herbal formulas from my own company.

Day 1-3

MORNING
(3) Three capsules of Cough Eliminator
(1) One 8-12oz cup of Immune Enhancer Cellular Regeneration tea
(1) QT of water in the first hour of waking up containing (1) One pinch of fully mineralized salt to each glass of water to assist my body’s electrolytes and add minerals to my system.
(½) Teaspoon of salt and (½) teaspoon of baking soda in warm water, gargled
Neti pot nasal wash + a pinch of salt and pinch of baking soda in room temperature distilled water

MIDDAY
(1) One 8-12oz cup of Immune Enhancer Cellular Regeneration tea
(2) QTs of water containing each (1) One pinch of fully mineralized salt to each glass

EVENING
(3) Three capsules of Cough Eliminator
(1) One 8-12oz cup of Immune Enhancer Cellular Regeneration tea
(2) Two tablets Cataplex D (Vitamin A&D) from Standard Process
(1) QT of water before bed containing (1) One pinch of fully mineralized salt to each glass of water.
(½) Teaspoon of salt and (½) teaspoon of baking soda in warm water, gargled

Special additions on Day 3

On Day 3, I noticed some congestion in my chest.

I took one dose of these, took a nap and my chest congestion was GONE.

SAFETY INFORMATION FOR PING CHUAN

Ping Chuan contains tree nuts as well as Codonopsis pilosula root, Prunus armeniaca seed, Morus alba root-bark, Ficus simplicissima root, Elaeagnus glabra fruit, Glycyrrhiza uralensis root, Citrus reticulata peel, Cynanchum stauntonii rhizome, Gekko gecko, Cordyceps mycelium, Lapis chloriti mineral.

It is contraindicated for pregnant folks.

Day 4-7

MORNING

How and what I ate even though I wasn’t too hungry

The whole week, I had a really small appetite.

So I followed my body’s impulses to determine what I ate and when.

I did not lose my sense of taste or smell (a known symptom of the novel coronavirus).

Here’s my list of light foods I ate this week while sick with coronavirus-like symptoms:

- Plain Greek Yogurt (full fat)
- Oatmeal, plain or with a bit of raw honey
- Scrambled eggs with light oil
- Whole grain sour dough toast (with slight slathering of butter or almond butter)
- Fresh chicken noodle soup made by a dear friend
- Sauteed veggies
- Pineapple juice

How I stayed entertained and how often I slept while sick with COVID-19

I didn’t have a ton of energy.

I slept and rested more than 12 hours a day.

I watched some pretty funny movies.

I meditated when I had the energy.

This thing was no joke.

Eight days out, I'm still a bit weak, but overall my symptoms stayed mild....and diminished each day.

Conclusion

Herbs can easily support your wellness through coronavirus-like symptoms (if you're not already at risk or already have more serious conditions).

I healed myself from the novel coronavirus COVID-19 by:

- Sticking to a strict herbal and natural care regimine for seven days.
- Adding in lung decongestant and lung supporting herbs.
- Eating light
- Listening to my body's intuition
- Resting deeply
- Quarantining myself to protect others

While I won't know if I had the coronavirus until antibody tests are available (my symptoms were mild and my overall health good so CDC recommendations were that I quarantine at home), I do know that my immune system was capable of fighting off this nasty flu-like sickness with success.

I am so proud of my body and this was a constant reminder of the healing power my body innately carries.

Even being diligent about natural and herbal healthcare, we are always exposed to viral and micro-organisms, not just the coronavirus.
